A leaking first-floor garden planter was opened up, dried and fully re-waterproofed, with the membrane detailed around the drain outlet and irrigation conduits.
Scope of work
- ✓Breaking out the existing finish and removing saturated soil
- ✓Cleaning, drying and preparing the substrate
- ✓New waterproofing membrane applied to the planter base and side walls
- ✓Detailing around the drain outlet and irrigation conduit penetrations
- ✓Membrane turned up at the perimeter
- ✓Before & after photo work report
Verified completion: Client Work Completion Certificate No. 0057 issued by the client on handover.
